To All Inbound Students to District 6080 in Central Missouri,

This year our Rotary District 6080 is hosting 10 Inbound students (Clara from Belgium, Yuuka from Japan, Maelle and Manon from France, Pepe from Brazil, Mati from Ecuador, Seda from Turkey, Urla and Philipp from Germany and Celia from Switzerland).  You will all have the opportunity to meet each other at the first Inbound Orientation the weekend of September 12-14.

Before you arrive I want to make it clear to each of you that YOUR SAFETY AND WELL-BEING is our primary concern during your year with us.

For that reason, I have attached a copy of our Sexual Abuse Policy and Response Procedures.  This document outlines how our District will respond in the event any of you encounter any problems or are put in a situation where you feel uncomfortable.  Please take time to review this policy so that you understand what you should do if any such situation might occur.  The last page also includes the names and phone numbers of our Youth Protection Officer, our District Governor and me, the District Youth Exchange Chair.  Please follow the instructions on this page and keep this information with you at all times.

We want you to know that we will take all reports seriously and will ALWAYS ensure your safety.

We are very much looking forward to having all of you in our District this next year and will do our best to make sure your exchange year is one of the most memorable years in your lives.

Stephanie Sherman
Youth Exchange Chairman
Rotary District 6080, Missouri, USA
